LEGAL MENTIONS
(1) MICHELIN Acoustic technology reduces perceived noise in the cabin by approximately 20% (measurement of interior noise, conducted in 2020 on a KIA Cadenza vehicle equipped with 245/45 R19 tyres. Noise level measured on the "170-230Hz" frequency). Results may vary depending on the vehicle, tyre range and size, speed, and road conditions.
(2) Based on calculations and field study conducted in real conditions in 2020 in France on a tractor and trailer equipped with MICHELIN tyres. More information at https://business.michelinman.com/service/ctis-agricultural-tire-inflator
(3) Wheel prototype potentially for use in moon rovers, as part of NASA's ARTEMIS project. Michelin is part of the Moon Racer team, led by Intuitive Machines, which also includes AVL, Boeing, and Northrop Grumman Corporation.
(4) Wisamo is a sail propulsion system designed to reduce the carbon footprint of maritime transport; currently in testing phase with two prototypes in real maritime conditions. More information at https://wisamo.michelin.com/maritime-transport
