Hitting the Sweetspot!

As the kilometres build up on a new set of Primacy 5s my satisfaction keeps in step. Having always had a ‘sports’ tyre with a less finicky tread pattern, these tyres appeared rather fussy and more in keeping with a less frisky car. At the outset, I was unsure that these Primacy 5s would come close to the Michelin Pilot Sport 4s which they were supposed to replace. Since fitting the Primacy 5s, I have been delighted the improved fuel economy, reduced road noise and excellent handling and braking in all conditions. Adding further to my happiness with these tyres has been the cash back offer. The offer reduced each tyre by an additional €9 per tyre.

Performing well. The original tyres were also Michelin primacy but were Chinese ones. These do seem to be quieter for some reason and seem to have a more positive feel. Whether that is due to different rubber or deeper tread or just in my head I have no idea.

I have been using Michelin tyres on every vehicle I have owned, for more than 50 years now, and have never been disappointed with their performance and longevity. When I purchased my new EV, I was (more) aware of excessive road noise, which improved noticeably when I replaced the old tyres with the new Michelin’s.

Far superior to the oem tyres. More comfortable, better grip, entirely suited to my MG4 EV.

They behave extremely well especially in wet weather

These tires are very stable, good in turns and in wet conditions. They are quite and smooth even at autoroute speeds.

Je fais confiance à michelin depuis pas mal d'années et ce , sur différents véhicules , je n'ai jamais été déçu , ces primacy 5 sont encore meilleurs, je continuerais à prendre ces modèles à l'avenir.

No issues. They grip the road and stay round.
