Hitting the Sweetspot!

As the kilometres build up on a new set of Primacy 5s my satisfaction keeps in step. Having always had a ‘sports’ tyre with a less finicky tread pattern, these tyres appeared rather fussy and more in keeping with a less frisky car. At the outset, I was unsure that these Primacy 5s would come close to the Michelin Pilot Sport 4s which they were supposed to replace. Since fitting the Primacy 5s, I have been delighted the improved fuel economy, reduced road noise and excellent handling and braking in all conditions. Adding further to my happiness with these tyres has been the cash back offer. The offer reduced each tyre by an additional €9 per tyre.

Excellent tyres. Same tyre type and brand that came with the car new.

I think they have developed improved feel as they are wearing in. It's hard to be absolutely objective with little to compare them too. But I would suggest I good safe bet of a summer tyre which did get us through the winter with little issue.

Bonne tenue de route, pneus silencieux.

Prima, alleen niet bij sneeuw en ijs. Maar het zijn natuurlijk ook zomerbanden...

Viennent parfaitement la route autant par temps sec que humide. Par contre, j'ai constaté une très nette augmentation de la consommation de carburant.
