The tyres are exceptional. I did a 4000 mile round trip in November (to the Balkans, from the UK) and they took everything and felt sure-footed each step of the way. I had about 8hrs of torrential rain one day, and they didn't aquaplane once despite the huge amounts of water. There was also some light snow through Austria and again, they didn't skid or feel unsafe on the motorway.
