Strong winter performance

pandanut - November 16, 2020

I bought a set for my winter wheels on a new Panda Cross. I am pleased with the grip on wet roads but have not yet tried ice and snow, Can only compare to Continetal M S. Wet performance feels at least as good and tyres deal better with large puddles and pooled water. I do find the noise level a bit more noticable. Economy is good.

Fantastic Tyre!

E350CDI estate - July 2, 2020

The E350CDI estate (Loads of torque, rear wheel drive), never liked snow/ice..until I added the Pilot Alpin 4 tyres...I keep them on a set of 17" rims (summer PS4 18"), and now can go anywhere with confidence... Tyre wear is very respectable too, on a par with the summer tyres. Transformed winter handling/perfomance

The best tyres I have ever had.

Peter Hirsch - December 31, 2015

I have used Michelin tyres before; and tyres by other makers. Michelin tyres have always been my preference on the grounds of long life and drop on the road. But they are costly and I can't always afford to buy them. On this occasion, I had four very worn tyres and winter approaching. I was offered "buy four and get one free". Irresistible and highly competitive. Fitted quickly and competently by QuikFit. Then I drove to Devon in heavy rain and into the hills. My new tyres made very little road noise, far less than any tyres I have ever had on my Picasso. It was like driving a new car. It steered better, it stopped quicker and it went up the Devon hills with more control on the mud that had flowed onto the roads. Altogether an experience so satisfying I have to share it. Quite simply, the best tyres I have ever used.
