Michelin Motorcycle Campaign

1. This competition is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter and its group affiliated companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this competition.

2. A purchase is necessary. Only one entry per vehicle is permitted and all entries must be made on the original entry form. Entry forms that are incomplete, illegible or photocopied will not be accepted.

3. The prize is to win back the full cost of your tyre purchase for up to two tyres. The opening date for entries is 12:00am on 1st August 2025. The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on 31st October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. By submitting a competition entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.

5. Claim on the 'Fitting Campaign Promotion’ and opt-in to receive marketing materials from Michelin to be entered into a competition to win back the cost of your tyre purchase (up to two tyres).

6. To enter the competition: (1) purchase up to two Michelin tyres and (2) submit a valid claim at offer.michelin.co.uk/2wh-summer2025-uk or offer.michelin.co.uk/2wh-summer2025-roi for members of the Republic of Ireland and (3) consent to the marketing opt-in at the point of making the claim. All three steps must be completed in order to make a valid entry to the competition. If you consent to the marketing opt-in afterwards or separately to making the claim, the entry will not be valid.

7. The competition entries will be randomly selected by PHL and the winner will be selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be selected week commencing 3rd November 2025 and the winner will be notified by email.

8. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

9. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in competition entries. Entrants agree that the Promoter may make entries available on its website and any other media and in connection with any publicity of the competition. Entrants grant the Promoter a licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish and copy the competition entry for such purposes (together with any other actions the Promoter thinks appropriate).

10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

11. Personal data supplied during the course of this competition may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. For further details, please refer to the privacy notice set out below.

12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this competition where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter’s decision is final.

14. These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a consumer we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business, you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Competition - personal data collected for the purpose of administering the competition is being collected directly by PHL on Michelin's behalf as a Data Processor. Such data processing is being carried out solely to administer the competition prize(s) or arrange your bank transfer and to verify the information provided.

The Promoter will process claimants' data based on the Competition's terms and conditions. The Promoter will only retain claimants' information for 3 months after the end of the Competition.

Marketing - if you select to receive marketing, personal data collected for marketing purposes is being collected by PHL Company for and on behalf of Michelin. Michelin will use your consent as the legal basis for collecting your information as requested for marketing purposes. Michelin will generally retain your information until you choose to unsubscribe. However, if we have not heard from you for a while or notice that you have not opened our emails etc. in a period of 36 months, we will remove your details from our database. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at legal.general@michelin.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
